"This was a corporate dinner dance for 1,200 guests in a marquee structure in central London.

"We catered for it in Lincoln's Inn fields where we took the  site for 10 days and staged different events every night for a number of clients. The Reef was the theme and we embraced a strong look adopting marine and nautical elements such as UV fish and  reflective coral on the side of the marquee.

"The clients who commissioned the parties were from various professional groups including banking, law and accountancy and it was for their respective summer parties. We had a great catering company for the guests and we looked after lighting and decor.

"Some nights there were 500 guests in attendance and at other times there were around 1,000 guests. It added up to memorable 10 days of people really enjoying themselves."   William Bartholomew
