Debbie Gifford has joined single-source supplier Thorns Group in the role of regional business development manager. 17 Apr'09

With over 20 years of experience in the sales field Gifford has been tasked with developing new business from Thorns’ Birmingham and Manchester offices. She has held similar positions for names such as the Table Linen Company, Lexmark International and Shields Environmental Plc.

Thorns Group sales director, Clair Whitecross said: “Debbie is a valuable asset to the company and her wealth of sales and events experience will help to further strengthen the group’s position in the market.”

Debbie Gifford commented: “Taking Thorns forward presents an exciting challenge for me and I am enormously excited about the future. My appointment will underpin the company’s significant growth over the last few years.
