New role at Radisson                (People)


The Radisson Edwardian Hotel Group has announced that Angela Nottage (left) is to join its senior management team as group director of sales.

This newly created role of will see her assume responsibility for sales Radisson's nine London four and five star properties as well as The May Fair and the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow and Manchester hotels.

With 18 years of experience in the hotel sector Nottage has occupied senior roles at the De Vere Grand in Brighton as well as Forte, Marriott UK and Nottage Inns.

She faces her new role with a mix of anticipation and realism.  “London and the UK is one of the most competitive hotel markets in the world,” Nottage comments “and, as everyone knows, the market is tough at the moment. I feel that Radisson Edwardian has been ahead of the trend. For years they have offered a distinctive luxury hotel experience with high quality service but a more informal atmosphere – exactly what the customer is looking for right now.”

Radisson Edwardian is one of the UK's largest privately owned hotel groups and Angela Nottage forms a senior management team of 10 led by CEO, Jasminder Singh.
